Greeting Cards by Alison Owen

Limited edition greeting cards by Alison Owen. Originally hand illustrated using watercolor, sharpie and pencil on paper, each card commemorates objects she sees and loves in the world. 

Each set is packaged and contains 11 digitally printed 4"x6" cards with an illustration on the front and blank space for writing on the back.

Alison Owen is a multimedia artist based in Poughkeepsie, NY. Using various mediums including stoneware, handmade paper, watercolor, pencil, and found pages from art history books, she creates mixed media ceramics, paintings and collages that hover between two and three dimensions. Her work often weaves in themes of motherhood and feminine inclusion and draws attention to interior space, interior life, the life of objects, and the stories they hold.
