This spring, we're bringing a different type of exhibition to the Hudson Valley. A place to commune with nature. A place to engage with contemporary design. A place to connect in real life.
Developed in partnership with Amin Tadj Studio, Sense of Place is a project that celebrates the handmade in a contemporary context. Presented at Ohayo Mountain House - a new private residence in the Catskill Mountains, it features an assemblage of work by contemporary artists and designers whose practices have been shaped by region.
Conceived as a platform to foster community and explore the dialogue between contemporary design and the natural landscape, sculptures, furnishings, paintings, and more will be presented in distinct vignettes throughout the property, encouraging visitors to immerse themselves in the site while engaging with each piece individually and in relationship to the whole.
